Christ Chapel Dublin is a church plant of Christ Chapel Macon at SportsTowne. My wife, Becky and I have resided in Dublin for life and are proud to call it home. We have known for sometime that God was calling us to bring a unique ministry to Dublin. In one of those destiny moments, our paths crossed with Pastor John Wood. Little did we know that God was using this man to bring us from pain to provision. God used his voice to speak hope, his eyes to look into our hearts, and his ears to listen to our dreams. His heart is saturated with the love of our great shepherd, Jesus Christ.
Mountain top and valley experiences mark the path to Christ Chapel Dublin. Yet, here we are a campus church of a ministry filled with integrity, compassion and consistency. We have prayed for a church that is full of His presence and power, where freedom abounds and people hunger for God, where our character is more important than our gifts and abilities, and people are at the fore front of God’s agenda. We have gleaned in the field of a Boaz, catching what they drop and learning along the way. Now, they've so graciously invited us to enjoy more of their field!
Becky and I have been married for 26 years and have three daughters, Meagan, Matison, Meredith, and a niece we call our own, Mindy, who is married to a wonderful man, Jason. Becky is a kindergarten teacher at Southwest Laurens Elementary. I have been an ophthalmic technician at Dublin Eye Associates for 21 years. Becky and I have been involved in many different facets of ministry for the past 12 years. I was ordained during this time.
Our dream is to build a house that will last. All the components are in place. The time is now. He's given us hope and a future, and He's bringing us to an expected end.
