Christ Chapel began in February of 1995. CC has assisted in launching 10 independent campuses that have become oases of hope in their local communities. Our church is a diverse group of believers coming together under the banner of God’s grace poured out upon us through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. If you are looking for a place to call home then consider this your invitation to come and be a part of our worship service on Sundays @ 10:00 a.m. We believe after one visit you will say with many of us….“This is what I have been looking for all my life!”

Our purpose is simple: The gospel and our love for God's word drives us to respond in ways that glorify Christ. Nothing would thrills us more than to see you discover the love of God and His purpose for your life
People matter to God – and to us. (Luke Chapter 15)
The Gospel message transforms people’s lives. (2 Corinthians 5:17)
The goal of our ministry is to transform people into fully devoted followers of Christ. (Matthew 28:18-20, Ephesians 4:11-16)
Ministry and evangelism must be carried out in a relevant way. (1 Corinthians 9:22b)
People must be treated gently and respectfully. (1 Peter 3:15)
People need to be connected to a caring community. (Acts 4:34-35)
Every Christian has a God-given ministry. (Ephesians 4:12)
Everything we do must be done with excellence. (Colossians 3:23-24)
Our church must have an evangelistic impact on our community. (Acts 6:7, 1 Thessalonians 1:8)
To accomplish our mission we must be willing to step out in visionary faith and take risks for God. (Hebrews 11:6)
The one true God has revealed Himself as the eternally self-existent “I AM,” the Creator of heaven and earth and the Redeemer of mankind.
The Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God.
Though man was originally good, the fall of man ushered evil and death, both physical and spiritual, into the world.
Man’s only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ the Son of God. Salvation is received through repentance toward God and faith toward the Lord Jesus Christ.
All believers are entitled to and should ardently expect and earnestly seek the promise of the Father, the baptism in the Holy Spirit and fire, according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Divine healing is an integral part of the gospel. Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement, and is the privilege of all believers.
“We, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness.” 2 Peter 3:13
Lead Pastor
Hey Guys,
My name is John and I have the privilege of serving here as the Lead Pastor. I am married to the girl of my dreams, Kelly Mcquarrie Wood. We have two precious twin girls, Olivia and Isabelle and one happy and smiling little boy, Elisha. We love music; Kelly is more contemporary and I am more gospel choirs. Our girls love it all. If it plays they like it. Our boy is a mamma’s boy but loves to hang on the farm with his dad. We love our dogs and most of all we love our church! Much of our lives are centered around the local body of believers that make up Christ Chapel. Not because it is our job but because it is our joy. We love the life, purpose and deep community we share as we journey this life together. Next time you come and visit, please come and introduce yourself. We would love to get the chance to meet you. Who knows, God may allow us to do life together.
In Him,
John
